Summary: Very pricey for having very dated furniture, living room chair probably 40 yrs old, uncomfortable beds, old bedding, and no AC. Blinds were vertical, came off track easily, did not keep unit cool. Bathtub and surround wall need to be updated as well. Location is beautiful however not close to beach, ramp was not easy to walk, steep. Kitchen was nice as well as pool.
